What does it take to achieve career success and demonstrate the type of transformational and collaborative leadership that is so needed? It use to be that you came to work motivated to demonstrate your leadership and make a difference. Now you find yourself checking the clock more than you ever have throughout the morning just waiting for the lunch period. What happened? Let’s be honest. Organizations are experiencing an unprecedented rapid pace of change and the uncertainty about the future seems to linger like a dark cloud over most people within the organization. As a result, some leaders feel you are in the fight of your life to hold on to all that you have worked so hard to achieve.

Have you ever experienced a time when you needed someone’s agreement on a decision that you knew would vastly improve the results of your team, department or organization? Think about it. Then it happens… you discover that you and the other person so critical to the success of your ideas are not in alignment on the direction to take to reach the goal.
